Last night I was sitting in front of the tv watching Desperate Housewives and found my mind wandering. I started thinking about all the things that have changed in my life after becoming a mom! So here is a list of things I started thinking about and I bet you will be surprised at how similiar they are to your lives as well!
You know you're a mom when:
You used to think snot was gross until you were out shopping and your child sneezed, only to let them use your sleeve when you didn't have tissues.
You know you're mom when:
Dressing up consists of windsuits with turtlenecks and a COMFY pair of white sneakers.
You know you're a mom when:
Your children have nicer, more expensive clothes than you.
You know you're a mom when:
Formula and spit up on your shirt is your new favorite smell.
You know you're a mom when:
Doing the dishes and looking out the window is relaxing.
You know you're a mom when:
You take a shower with someone in the bathroom other than your husband!
You know you're a mom when:
You find yourself dreaming of having an extra set of hands and why god didn't create women with four arms.
You know you're a mom when:
You have to tell your family that their isn't a magical fairy that picks up clothes on the floor and that it's actually YOU!
You know you're a mom when:
You find yourself calling other parents and asking them about the test your second grader has and what it consists of.
You know you're a mom when:
You touch your child's bodily functions and no longer feel like you are going to puke when you see it on your hand after a nice battle with a squirmy baby.

ROFLMAO!!! That just about sums it up. Although my mommy uniform consists of hair in ponytail, tee-shirt,sweatpants,sneakers. Sometimes I don't know how Rick can control himself around me and my sexy little outfits.
wow I totally agree LOL and I so had poop on my hand today :(
I wrote one of these when Justin was around 18 months old!! I can def. relate to all of that, especially now with 2 kids!
